Oh, that grin... 
Okay, I've had enough of other Tarts' views of hunky men -- I don't like pouty young skinny white boys (Lauren!) and tall quirky dweebs (Katy!). I want a man who is dark and dangerous, but who is really trying to hide it. Spare me "good boys" who try to look like "bad boys."
I like to drool over men who are reigning in their own dangerousness, and who know it. Not the kind of dangerous of my youth -- the pseudo-rebellion of smoking cigarettes and drinking beer -- but the smoldering dangerousness that says "You know you want to lose control, c'mon, let's go!"
With this in mind, I submit the ultimate "Bad Boy Faking Innocent" -- Nicholas Cage.
Think of that smile from "Raising Arizona." Think of that smile from almost any movie he's been in. From his noble(?) character in "Gone in 60 seconds" to the psycho character in "Bringing Out the Dead" to the much-underrated comedy of "Amos and Andrew," Nic Cage gets under my skin.
He's not traditionally handsome. He doesn't have a knock-out body. But somewhere underneath the simmering exterior is a little boy who gets away with whatever he can. Then he smiles to let you in on the joke. It makes me melt.
